hsoft.io (the "Site") is operated by HSoft Limited ("HSoft", "we", "us"). We are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16093188, and our registered office is at Unit 1504 Silverstone Park, Silverstone, Northamptonshire, NN12 8FU, United Kingdom. 2. Accepting these terms
By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy also apply to your use of the Site.
3. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the Site at the time you use it applies, so please check this page regularly.
4. Using the Site
The Site is provided free of charge, for information only. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Site at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or free from interruption.
You must not:

You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent. Nothing on the Site grants you a licence to use our trade marks.
6. Information on the Site
The content on the Site is general information about our products and services. It is not advice and should not be relied on as such. Product descriptions, features and screenshots may change and do not form part of any contract. Any purchase or licence of HSoft software is governed by a separate written agreement.
7. Links to other websites
Where the Site links to third-party websites, those links are for your information only. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content or for any loss arising from your use of them.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
Subject to that, we are not liable to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from relying on any of its content. This applies whether the claim is in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise. In particular, we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
9. Viruses
We do not guarantee that the Site is secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for protecting your own devices with suitable security software.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising tools on the Site. We do not collect special category data through it, and it is not intended for children. Please do not include sensitive information in your message.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under written contracts:

Wix.com Ltd and its sub-processors: website hosting, form handling and storage of demo requests;

Google: our email service for contact@hsoft.io;

professional advisers, where needed (lawyers, accountants).
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
4. International transfers
Wix.com Ltd is based in Israel, which the UK recognises as providing adequate protection for personal data. Wix and our other providers may also process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where they do, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as set out in each provider's data processing terms.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to enquiry inboxes.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device. They let the site work properly and securely. This policy explains the cookies HSoft Limited uses on hsoft.io.

4. Managing your choices
Because the Site uses only strictly necessary cookies, it does not show a consent banner.
